Abstract Submission Guidelines
To be considered for review, abstracts must be submitted to contact@instituteforanimalethics.org no later than midnight on February 28, 2017, the latest time zone on earth.

Abstract Format
Registrants may submit an abstract for an oral or poster presentation. Please make sure you clearly identify your choice. Your abstract submission will be accepted after completion of your registration. The abstract itself should be less than 1200 characters including spaces (about 200 words). Please complete your submission carefully. All abstracts must be in final form. Please also make sure that all required fields are completed.

Abstract Review
Abstracts, for papers and posters, submitted to IIAE will be subject to a double-blind review process.

Author Notifications
After successful submission, you will receive notification sent to the email address provided with your registration.

Poster and Presentation Competition

Academic posters and presentations are a great way to disseminate your research and to promote your work. A good academic poster or presentation will capture attention, explain your ideas and open further discussion. To reward you for your hard work, we organize a poster and presentation competition, open to all graduate students. The three top posters (chosen by the conference delegates) will be displayed at a central place during the conference. The three top presentations (chosen by the conference delegates) will be  The winner of the best poster, and the winner of the best presentation will receive a prize. Please note that the deadline to submit a digital copy or photo of your poster is May 15, 2017. The three top posters and the winner of the poster competition will be announced Thursday June 1st. The three top presentations and the winner of the best presentation will be announced Saturday June 3rd.
